These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.monkeymore.app, our games on `*.monkeymore.app` subdomains and our online tools (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Monkeymore Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The Services

Monkeymore Lab provides free, browser-based puzzle games and online tools, and also offers custom software and game development services. Free games and tools are provided for general, personal and educational use. Custom development is governed by a separate written agreement for each project; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement prevails.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload our systems; upload malicious code or illegal content; or use the Services to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos and code, are owned by Monkeymore Lab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Individual game names and mechanics may reference classic public-domain puzzles; third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our materials without written permission, except for fair, personal use. Paid custom work is licensed or assigned as set out in the relevant project agreement.

User-submitted content

When you contact us or send a project brief, you grant us a limited right to use that material to respond to you and to scope and deliver any agreed work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or rely on third parties (for example Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and Google for analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The free Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that games, tools or outputs (such as file conversions) will be error-free, accurate or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monkeymore Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We may also discontinue any part of the Services without notice.
